Glaçage au chocolat noir (trop) facile

(Too) Easy Dark Chocolate Icing

Who said indulgence had to be complicated?

Here in Quebec, we're used to gingerbread cookies and cakes topped with white icing. But Sandra, MUFF's former owner, is Swiss-German and grew up with Lebkuchen, traditional German gingerbread. This inspiration led to our Holiday blend, with its cocoa and comforting mix of 8 spices.

Today, we're offering you the full package: a dip in dark chocolate icing. No bain-marie, no complicated ingredients — just a gourmet touch ready in under 3 minutes.

Genießen! Enjoy!

RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (about 95 g) dark chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)

  • 3 tbsp milk or plant-based drink of choice

  • 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a small microwave-safe bowl.

Heat for 30 seconds on high. Stir.

If necessary, return to the microwave in 10-second intervals until everything is melted.

Drizzle this icing over muffins or cake.
