ORDER ONLINE

Where are your products made?

All blends are exclusively assembled by us. We have a workshop located in Ste-Thérèse, entirely dedicated to the artisanal production of our products, which complies with the rigorous standards of MAPAQ.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, given the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we invite you to contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days, then shipped within 3-5 business days. For more details on our delivery process, click here.

Do you ship chocolate blends year-round?

To preserve the quality of our mixes containing chocolate chips, we suspend their shipment by mail during periods of high heat.

Delivery may therefore be postponed to a more favorable time, and you will, of course, be informed if this is the case.

These mixes are, however, still available for purchase at the following points of sale.

What are the delivery charges?

Shipping costs are $12.99 + taxes for orders from Quebec and Ontario.

Shipping costs are $16.99 + taxes for the rest of Canada.

Free shipping is offered for orders over $89 (before taxes and discounts) for all orders. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

OUR PRODUCTS

Why do your blends cost more than those available in grocery stores?

Our mixes are made differently — and that is reflected in their price.

We carefully select our ingredients to offer muffins that are both nutritious and truly delicious. Our flours and oat flakes are organic and produced in Quebec, and our chocolate and cocoa are organic and fair trade.

Each mix is also hand-assembled, in small batches, in our workshop in the the Laurentians, rather than manufactured on an industrial production line.

These choices come at a higher cost, but we make them willingly: better ingredients, local production, and a product that truly aligns with our values.

Are your blends organic?

No. Most of our ingredients, including all of our flours, are organic, but we are not certified organic.

Are your blends vegan?

Yes. Our mixes are vegan, they do not contain any dairy products or eggs, and that includes our chocolate chips. You are free to add milk or a plant-based drink to them.

Do your mixes contain peanuts or tree nuts?

The vast majority of our blends do not contain nuts or peanuts. We know that allergen restrictions are a reality in many schools, and we take this into account when developing our products.

However, some special or seasonal editions may contain nuts. Always refer to the ingredient list and allergen statements on the packaging of the chosen blend.

Are your packages eco-friendly?

Yes, they are recyclable. We also encourage you to recycle or reuse the shipping boxes.

CONSERVATION

What is the shelf life of your mixes?

For optimal freshness and results, we recommend using our blends within 9 months of blending. The "best before" date is indicated directly on each package.

Where should I store my blends?

Ideally, you can store your mixes in a dry, cool, and dark pantry.

How and for how long can I store my muffins once baked?

They can be stored at room temperature or in the fridge for up to 4 days, but they freeze very well in an airtight bag or container. To freeze them properly - learn more here!

PREPARATION

What oil can I use for my muffins?

Muffins can be made with any oil such as vegetable oil, canola oil, avocado oil, olive oil, or coconut oil. They can also be made with melted butter.

If I don't want to use oil, can I use something else?

You can use apple or banana or other fruit purée instead of oil. The texture and taste will be different but it will work. You can also use a combination of fruit purée and oil.

What types of milk can I use?

Any type of animal milk or any type of plant-based beverage (soy, almond, coconut, oat, etc.)

Can I make bread with my mix?

Yes! Our mixes are very versatile. Instead of making 12 regular muffins, you can make 24 mini muffins, 1 loaf (breakfast loaf style) or even 1 round cake.

Mini muffins: bake at 350°F (180°C) for approximately 10 to 14 minutes.
Loaf: bake at 350°F (180°C) for approximately 45 to 55 minutes.

As all ovens are a little different, always use the toothpick test: insert it into the center, it should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
