1. ORDERS AND ACCESS

2. AVAILABILITY AND PRODUCTS

Les Aliments Muff reserves the right, without prior notice or obligation, to discontinue or modify the selection of products offered on this site.

3. CHANGE OR CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website, you can do so by contacting us within 24 hours of your order. Our email: info@muff.co

If we were able to stop the order, we will refund the full amount. If we were unable to stop the order, you will need to return the merchandise after receipt, at your own expense.

4. PRICE

The retail prices displayed are in Canadian dollars, before shipping costs. Our baking mixes are not subject to sales taxes. Accessory products are taxable.

Shipping costs are $12.99 + taxes for Quebec and Ontario, and $16.99 + taxes for the rest of Canada.

For any purchase over $89 before taxes and after discounts, shipping (standard delivery) is free. Exception for Northern territories.

*Additional delivery charges may apply for customers in remote areas. In such cases, we will contact you to inform you.

If the total amount of your order does not reach $89, you are not eligible for free delivery.

The total amount is payable in a single installment at the time of the transaction.

Les Aliments Muff reserves the right to modify retail and delivery prices at any time and without notice. Prices on the site may differ from prices displayed at our distributors.

5. SHIPPING AND RECEIPT

Shipping is done by one of our transportation providers exclusively within Canada, and consequently, a transaction cannot be made for a destination outside the country.

Once the order is completed and paid for on our online store, it will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. The package will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

Tracking your order: Once the order is processed, you will receive an email indicating the shipping status of your order, including a tracking number.

In case of absence for receipt: If there is no one at the destination address to accept the package, the carrier will leave it at your door. Les Aliments Muff is not responsible for a package that suffers damage due to weather conditions.

6. PAYMENT

Orders placed on the Les Aliments Muff website must be paid by credit card using the Shop service. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards directly on the site.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
