Yes, absolutely. You select the flavors of your choice with each order, depending on what sells best on your shelves. No forced package. Only a 24-unit minimum per order.
We suggest a retail price of $12 per unit. This price allows for an attractive margin for our retailers, while remaining accessible to customers. It is also the price displayed on our online store, in order to maintain consistency across our different points of sale.
No. All our products are sold directly to retailers under our usual terms and conditions of sale.
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 5 to 8 business days. For larger volume orders, additional time may be required. If so, you will be informed promptly.
Yes! We deliver everywhere in Canada. However, additional shipping charges may apply in some remote areas.
Muff was a very artisanal company—and still is today. But we've learned a lot and adjusted our ways of doing things since then. In particular, we've reviewed our production methods, improved our controls, and developed new packaging that is much more durable and better suited for transport and shelving. In short, we've kept the handmade aspect that we love about Muff, while strengthening what needed to be strengthened.
