Canada

Shipping is free for all orders of $89 and more, before taxes and after discounts, throughout Canada. For orders under $89, a flat rate applies:

$12.99 - Quebec and Ontario
$16.99 - other Canadian provinces

International

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

DELIVERY TIMES

We prepare orders within 2 to 4 business days following your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, please allow generally 3 to 5 business days for delivery, depending on your region.

Please note that additional delays beyond our control may occur on the carrier's side.

*Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, particularly during Black Friday, Boxing Day, pre-sales, and the holiday season.

SHIPPING FEES

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including fees related to a return. If an error in the shipping address requires a new shipment, the cost of the second delivery will be at your expense, even if the initial delivery was free.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept returns. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us. We will do our best to find a solution.
